The Central Minnesota WDB serves jobseekers and employers throughout Local Workforce Development Area 5, which includes Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Kandiyohi, McLeod, Meeker, Mille Lacs, Pine, Renville, Sherburne, and Wright Counties. We encourage you to attend whichever location is most convenient for you.
This open-house series is an opportunity for you to learn more about the services provided through our workforce development system. The Central Minnesota WDB is dedicated to addressing the challenges of training and counseling individuals who seek meaningful employment and to help develop a labor force which is highly skilled and ready to meet the needs of our businesses and communities.
During your visit, you will have the opportunity to meet with our WDB members and program staff and learn more about the services we provide to participants and employers. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the WDB roles and responsibilities. The open house series is an informal time to visit and get to know our Workforce Development Board members, agency staff, and local facilities.
Please feel free to bring a guest, enjoy a tour of our Career Lab and office, and read success stories from participants about their personal experiences with our programs. We greatly appreciate your interest and look forwarding to seeing you soon.
