Monticello MN – Central Minnesota Jobs and Training Services (CMJTS) is proud to announce the addition of Joe Sharpe to our team, bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in public workforce development at both the Federal and State levels. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Benedictine College, Joe is well-equipped to enhance our mission of supporting communities across the region.
Joe’s career spans a variety of roles within Local Workforce Development Boards and private-industry Service Providers in multiple States and U.S. Territories. His expertise includes program implementation, performance optimization, and partnership development, ensuring that workforce programs effectively serve both rural and urban communities.
Throughout his career, Joe has demonstrated his leadership in managing teams of all sizes, pioneering innovative workforce initiatives, and offering invaluable subject matter expertise on Federal workforce legislation, policy, and program operations.
“I am deeply passionate about supporting and expanding the impact of our public workforce system,” said Joe. “Workforce professionals have a core responsibility, as stewards of public funds, to listen and adapt to the needs of our communities and to invest in our most important resource—the people and businesses that make our communities strong and prosperous.”
