Central Minnesota Jobs and Training Services, Inc. Awarded $15,000 Grant from Initiative Foundation and Compeer to Enhance Brand Awareness and Community Engagement.
CMJTS is excited to announce that it has been awarded a strategic implementation grant from the Initiative Foundation and Compeer. This grant will significantly bolster our efforts to enhance brand awareness and foster deeper community connections.
The primary focus of the grant will be on building brand awareness, a crucial first step toward the success of our subsequent initiatives. To achieve this, we will be implementing an interactive storytelling training program for staff, enabling them to communicate our organization’s mission and vision effectively. We will also engage our board members and stakeholders in storytelling efforts, ensuring that our narrative resonates throughout the community.
Our fundraising efforts will also be amplified through storytelling, with a specific focus on securing unrestricted funds. We are excited to announce a golf tournament scheduled for September 18, 2025, which will serve as a vibrant platform for our storytelling and fundraising endeavors.
Moreover, we are committed to enhancing community connections, which have already begun with partnerships for grant submissions and collaborations to support initiatives like youth summer camps. We aim to deepen our involvement by volunteering with local organizations.
“We are incredibly grateful for the support from Initiative Foundation and Compeer,” said Leslie Wojtowicz, Development Manager. “This grant will empower us to strengthen our brand and deepen our impact within the community.”
