Central Minnesota Jobs & Training Services (CMJTS) is pleased to announce that Jacob (Jake) Humphrey has been appointed Finance Manager.
Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota and has extensive experience in financial management, process improvement, and leadership. He is enthusiastic about contributing to CMJTS’s goal of offering innovative workforce solutions to our communities.
Before joining the CMJTS leadership team, Jake was a senior accountant at AGRIBANK, where he led several pivotal projects, showcasing his ability to drive successful outcomes while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Jake’s role as an accounting supervisor at PROVIDER CFO involved effectively managing relationships with assisted living facilities, overseeing intricate financial operations, and implementing robust processes and controls for accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial planning and analysis. He expressed, “By proactively engaging with clients and adopting a solution-driven mindset, I was able to craft personalized financial solutions that yielded tangible results.”
