Workers enrolled in the Dislocated Worker Program will receive the level of counseling and intensity that they need during the entire project. Employment Specialists (ES) work at several locations within the region and can meet with workers where and when it is most convenient. CMJTS has a full range of services available through partnership in the MN CareerForce System, with Cambridge, Hutchinson, and Monticello offices. Services include career labs with computers, internet access, copy machines, phones, and fax machines to assist with job search, résumé, and cover letter writing. Trained staff are available to assist with these activities on site. The Cambridge, Hutchinson, and Monticello CareerForce locations have regular workshops for all jobseekers, covering many job-seeking topics from networking and exploring the “hidden” job market to mock interviews. CMJTS has additional offices in Elk River, Litchfield, Milaca, Mora, North Branch, and Willmar, where workers may receive one-on-one services after making an appointment with their ES.
