CMJTS also offers individualized on-the-job training (OJT). Our goal is to match your job openings with possible candidates and reimburse you for providing training. Reimbursement depends on the specific job and the qualifications of the employee. Individuals hired through the OJT program are subject to the same expectations as all employees in your company.
